RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your LumiShelf lantern. Here is how returns and refunds work.

Damaged, defective, or the wrong item
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@lumishelf.store with a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

Changed your mind
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original parts. Email support@lumishelf.store to start a return and we will confirm the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
