About LumiShelf

LumiShelf started with a simple idea: the best reading spots deserve better than overhead light.

We look for small, well-made objects that make a shelf or a bedside corner feel warmer — pieces with a bit of character, the kind that make you want to sit down with a book instead of reaching for your phone.

Right now that means one product: a wrought-iron bookshelf lantern that hooks over a shelf edge and casts a soft amber glow. It comes in two versions — The Lantern, and The Ghost for anyone who likes their reading corner a little haunted.

How we work

We're a small independent shop. We don't run our own warehouses — we work with manufacturing partners who ship directly to you. That's how a piece like this stays at $39, and it's also why delivery takes a little longer than a big retailer: 1–3 business days to process, then 8–15 business days to arrive. Every order is tracked, and shipping is free to the US and Canada.

If something goes wrong

Email support@lumishelf.store. If your lantern arrives damaged, defective, or just isn't what you expected, you have 30 days. For anything damaged or faulty we'll replace it or refund you, and you won't need to ship it back.
